Features & Benefits
Equipped with fire-resistant capability, USGBORAL Gypsum Board is designed to provide the resistance to fire for 1/2 - 4 hours and block the flame from spreading to the surrounding area.
**Fire-Bloc Board provides additional fire resistance rating.
USGBORAL Gypsum Board transmits low heat and provides perfect insulating property which could reduce heat transmission and energy consumption of air conditioning system. Besides, micro-fiber insulation could be additionally installed in contact with ceiling to further increase the thermal insulation.
**Head-Bloc Board provides extra heat penetration control capability.
With sound absorption capability, USGBORAL Gypsum Board can be applied as ceiling and wall to retard the penetration of 35-60 decibel noise.
USGBORAL Gypsum Board could be used as both wall and Ceiling without the need of a beam structure. As a drywall system, it can be quickly installed, leaving no dust to the area. Besides, the repair or demolition work could be also simply processed at minimum disturbance to other areas, even the occupied ones.
Installation of USGBORAL Gypsum Board can be quickly completed only after sealing the joints with USGBORAL Gypsum Compound and painting, or just covering the surface with wallpapers. USGBORAL Standard Board is an interior wall and ceiling product, with significant properties of durability and stability. USGBORAL ™ Standard Board is composed of standard gypsum plaster core encased in heavy-duty face and backing liner paper.
The product is environmentally friendly and non-hazardous to work with.
